Privacy Policy — Ecomm Reconciliation

Last updated: May 31, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Absolute Business Solutions, doing business as Lisa Harris, CPA (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, stores, and protects information in connection with the Ecomm Reconciliation application (the “Application” or “Service”). It applies to the Application only. Use of our website at myabsolutions.com is governed by the separate privacy policy posted there.

By creating an account or connecting any third-party service to the Application, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

Who we are

The Application is operated by Absolute Business Solutions (dba Lisa Harris, CPA), based in Carrollton, Georgia, United States. You can reach us at info@myabsolutions.com.

What information we collect

To provide reconciliation services, the Application collects and stores the following:

Account information. Your name, email address, and login credentials used to access the Application.

Connected service data. When you authorize a connection to a third-party platform, the Application retrieves and stores data from that platform on your behalf. Connected platforms may include:

  • QuickBooks Online — chart of accounts, customers, vendors, invoices, payments, bills, journal entries, and related accounting records.
  • Shopify, Amazon, Walmart — orders, settlements, payouts, fees, refunds, product/SKU data, and related transaction records.
  • PayPal — transactions, payouts, fees, and related payment records.

Authentication tokens. When you connect a third-party service, we store the access and refresh tokens issued by that service so the Application can retrieve data on your behalf. We do not store the passwords you use to log in to those third-party services.

Usage information. Basic technical data such as log records and error reports, used to operate, secure, and improve the Application.

How we use information

We use the information collected solely to:

  • Operate the Application and perform reconciliation between your e-commerce platforms and your accounting records.
  • Synchronize data between connected services at your direction.
  • Maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Application.
  • Communicate with you about your account and the Service.

We do not sell your information. We do not use your financial or accounting data for advertising. We do not use your data for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

How we store and protect information

Application data, including data retrieved from connected services, is stored on managed cloud infrastructure provided by Supabase (database) and Vercel (application hosting), located in the United States. Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS, and authentication tokens and data are encrypted at rest by our infrastructure providers.

Access to stored data is restricted to authorized personnel who require it to operate and support the Service. We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, use, modification, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your information. We share information only:

  • With infrastructure providers (such as Supabase and Vercel) that host the Application and store data on our behalf, under agreements that restrict their use of the data to providing services to us.
  • With the third-party platforms you connect (such as QuickBooks Online, Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, and PayPal), only as needed to perform the synchronization and reconciliation functions you authorize.
  • When required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, legal process, or government request, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

QuickBooks Online data

Data retrieved from QuickBooks Online is used only to perform reconciliation and synchronization functions within the Application at your direction. We do not disclose QuickBooks data to any third party except the infrastructure providers described above, and we do not use it for any purpose other than providing the Service to you. You may disconnect QuickBooks Online from the Application at any time, which revokes our access to your QuickBooks data going forward.

Disconnecting a service and deleting data

You may disconnect any connected platform at any time through the Application or through that platform’s own connection settings. Disconnecting revokes the Application’s ongoing access to that platform’s data.

You may request deletion of your account and associated stored data by contacting us at info@myabsolutions.com. Upon a verified request, we will delete your stored data except where we are required to retain it to comply with a legal obligation.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account closure, we delete or anonymize stored data except where retention is required by law.

Children

The Application is a business tool and is not directed to, or intended for use by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
