The Short Version

I didn’t take the straight path to get here. In my thirties, I started over — went back to school, earned two degrees, and became a CPA while raising my son. That experience taught me something I bring to every client engagement: chaos is temporary when you have the right structure and the willingness to do the work.

I’ve managed accounting for 22 dental practices, built financial systems for residential construction companies, led operations across 33 properties, and spent the last decade helping growing businesses get their financial house in order. Along the way, I taught myself to build custom applications and automated workflows — not because it was trendy, but because my clients needed solutions that didn’t exist off the shelf.

Today, I walk into operationally messy businesses and build the financial systems they need to grow. The transformation phase — taking a business from chaos to clarity — is the work I was built for.

Every business is different.

I don’t use templates. Reporting and systems are built around how your business actually operates.

The right information beats more information.

I focus on what helps you make decisions. Everything else is noise.

Technology supports judgment. It doesn’t replace it.

I use automation to make your business more efficient. But a tool is only as good as the strategy behind it.
